We are delighted to host your event and aim to make every celebration or work event at VYC a memorable one.
We start party planning one month prior to your event, so will be in touch nearer the date to work through all the finer details. Guest number and food selection is confirmed 14 days before, so that everything is organised, you can relax and focus on enjoying the night.

We take a $300 deposit to confirm the date via credit card, which is also held for security. The deposit is refunded onto the same card the week following your event. Select Submit which will direct you to the Windcave payment gateway. Thanks and we look forward to party planning with you soon :)
