Costs and product quality can vary wildly across the industry. We are happy for you to directly book your own decorators, but if you want to take the headache out of the process, we have preferred suppliers we work with that our team can organise and co-ordinate for you.

This brochure includes a range of decoration ideas; balloon garlands, walls, photobooths, dance floor, illuminated numbers and more. All costs include GST and cover a VYC admin fee. . Actual costs are finalised at the time of booking.

The team are onsite 3 hours before doors open for decorating. Pack out (if required) is typically the next day or if your event is on a Saturday the following Tuesday. If you have your own decorator and they can not work within these set up / pack out times, there maybe a staff charge for the team to specifically open the venue for the Decorator.
