Set Up Fee
Covers furniture, set up, tableware, glassware, cleaning and incidental cost. All events at VYC include event planning and coordination to ensure a seamless experience.
Our pricing is based on when your event is booked and is designed to encourage early, organised planning.
Standard Bookings
Events booked 21 days or more in advance
Set-Up Fee: $550
This includes:

$350 set-up, cleaning and event planning fee

A $200 Planning Credit, deducted from your final invoice when all event details are finalised by 21 days prior

Preparation of your event run sheet. Up to three run sheet revisions at no additional cost
Short-Notice Bookings
Events booked within 21 days of the event date
Set-Up Fee: $350
For short-notice bookings:

21st Birthday Minimum Food Spend
21st birthday parties, minimum food spend of
$10 per guest is required.
Event Duration
Security to manage the door and ward off uninvited guests
Refundable Deposit
Event booking fee covers 5.5 hours from guest arrival, however, can be extended for $300 per hour to cover staff resourcing
$50 per hour (Booked 15mins before arrival to 15mins after close)
$50 Flat Fee
We charge a $300 security deposit to secure a date and booking. This is refunded the week following your event and is separate to the Set up fee.
