GRAZING ITINERARY 

Pack in Drop off things prior - timings TBC based on requirements

9am Getting Ready at home/accommodation 

3pm Guests meet at VYC for Ceremony

3.30pm Bride Arrives and Ceremony Begins

4pm Champagne and Grazing table/canapes – games to be available

4.30pm Bridal photos offsite - guests mix and mingle

5.30pm Dinner Station is Served

6.30pm Cake cutting – then VYC staff cut and platter. Followed by speeches (5-6)

7.30pm Grazing Dessert and cake served.

8pm Bride and groom First dance. Dance floor opens – Live DJ or Band or Spotify Playlist with VYC Sound System

11pm Guests start departing all departed by 11.30pm. Can close later upon request $300 per hour for staffing

Pack Out Pick up anything on Monday or Tuesday TBC

6.45pm Speeches 30 mins (5 speeches) 

7.15pm Mains served. VYC to remove cake from chiller for cutting preparation

8pm Mains cleared 

8.20pm Cake cutting – VYC staff cut and platter 

8.40pm Grazing dessert and cake served

9pm DJ starts. Bride and groom First dance. Then Dance floor opens

​11pm Guests start departing all departed by 11.30pm. Can close later upon request $300 per hour for staffing
